CURRENT READING - HOW DOES IT WORK?

Don't worry, you don't have to go into the woods to read your meter. You can do this from the comfort of your own home. Here's how to read your meter. You can then easily tell us the meter readings using our forms, by e-mail or telephone.

Ferraris counter

Here is an example image of the Ferraris counter. The electricity meter number is usually above and has 6 to 11 digits. The abbreviation “No.” is placed in front of the electricity meter number. If your electricity meter already has a Heinzelmann number, please always state the Heinzelmann number (newer models). Your electricity consumption is displayed below (meter reading). Most meters indicate the power consumption with a decimal place. But this is not required. In this example image we would have the Heinzelmann meter number 175 (or 8.836.787) and a meter reading of 6. If you have problems reading the meter, please give us a call or send us an email.
